GC Zero Air Generator
Chemtron Zero Air Generators offer a pure, safe, economical, and worry-free alternative to zero air cylinders.
The GC series uses three-stage purification technology to produce HC-free zero air with stable flow and high purity, which can be used as a GC combustion gas.
Technology, Purity
> Three-stage purification technology: pre-filtration, high-temperature catalytic oxidation, and post-filtration
> Pre-filtration removes moisture and large particles, and automatically drains moisture
> High-temperature catalytic oxidation furnace removes HC and CO, with HC&CO content in the output zero-level air less than 0.1ppm
> Post-filtration removes 99.99% of impurities larger than 0.5 microns in diameter, ensuring no impurity particles enter the detector
> Reduces GC background noise and improves baseline stability, enhancing GC detector sensitivity
and analytical result accuracy
> An optional secondary inlet filter can be added based on inlet conditions to protect the unit (not required when using a Chemtron air compressor)

> Non-high-pressure container, internal pressure far below that of a steel cylinder, no explosion risk, no transportation risk
> Automatic detection and alarm function for the main unit
> Automatic adjustment of inlet pressure to the set value
> Low-temperature and high-temperature detection and alarm for the high-temperature catalytic oxidation furnace
> Timer for high-temperature catalytic oxidation maintenance time
