[Compressor Network] January 12, 2022, the China Machinery Industry Federation 2022 No. 1 announcement, approved the release of the National Standardization Technical Committee of the compressor developed and under the T/CMIF 157-2022 “green design product evaluation technical specifications for the general use of oil-injected rotary air compressor,” the date of implementation of February 1, 2022, the standard is the first green product standards in the field of compressors. This standard is the first green product standard in the field of compressors.

The standard is based on GB/T 32161-2015 “Eco-design Product Evaluation General Principles”, and adopts the method of combining the evaluation of index system and life cycle evaluation, stipulating the evaluation requirements of green design products for general oil-injected rotary air compressors, the method of compiling the life cycle evaluation report and the evaluation method.

The standard applies to motor-driven general oil-injected rotary air compressors, including: general oil-injected screw air compressor (JB/T 6430), general oil-injected single screw air compressor (GB/T 26967), general oil-injected sliding vane air compressor (JB/T 4253), general oil-injected scroll air compressor (JB/T 11423), general inverter oil-injected screw air compressor (JB/T 11423), and general inverter oil-injected screw air compressor (JB/T 11424), and general oil-injected screw air compressor (JB/T 11423). Screw Air Compressor (JB/T 10972) and Integrated Permanent Magnet Frequency Conversion Screw Air Compressor (JB/T 13345).

The purpose of this standard is to take into full consideration the environment, resources, human health and safety factors during the whole life cycle of the general oil-injected rotary air compressor at the product design and development stage, and to cover the whole process of design, production, use and recycling for green design and green evaluation under the prerequisite of guaranteeing the technical and economic aspects of the products.


The standard stipulates the basic requirements that should be met by the production enterprises for green design, and puts forward a total of 19 evaluation indicators and requirements for the four major attributes of resources, energy, environment and products, which are based on the product characteristics of the oil-injected rotary compressor, and selects items that have an impact on the environment, are not conducive to human health, and have a high energy consumption to be stipulated and constraints, and at the same time, the indicators are selected in accordance with the following principles: -- Follow the “life cycle” principle, which is to ensure the technical and economic aspects of products.

         --The selection of indicators follows the principles of “life cycle concept, representativeness, applicability and green high-end leadership”.

         --The secondary indicators should be quantifiable, testable and verifiable.

         --The benchmark value of a single indicator should be no more than 20% of the proportion of the products in the category as the principle of value, so as to realize the goal that the green products that meet all the indicators of the standard will not be more than 5% of the proportion of the products in the category, thus reflecting the advantages of the green products.

It should be emphasized that the standard scope of application of the product, and the corresponding product standards are consistent with the scope of application, must meet the product standards for the parameters and performance requirements, safety standards for the safety requirements under the premise of green evaluation; green evaluation of the measurement of the performance of the product standards using the same test methods.

The standard for the first time in the compressor standard system to fully consider the resource and environmental impact of the product factors, is conducive to guiding the green and healthy development of the general use of oil-injected rotary air compressors. The formulation and implementation of the standard is important to build a green manufacturing system in the field of compressors, implement the concept of green development, actively promote the green design of air compressor products, and promote the formation of green production methods of air compressor products to lead and promote the role.

The formulation of green design product evaluation standards and specifications for various types of products in various industries is the basis for the creation of green design products, and a perfect standard system is the guarantee for the smooth promotion of green design of products.
