(4) When the suction port of the air compressor or the suction port of the cooling air of the unit is located indoors, its indoor ambient temperature should not be greater than 40℃.
(5) If the factory environment is poor and dusty, pre-filtering equipment must be installed to ensure the service life of air compressor system parts.
(6) When the exhaust capacity of a single unit is equal to or greater than 20 m3/min, and the total installed capacity is equal to or greater than 60 m3/min compressed air station, it is appropriate to set up lifting equipment for maintenance, and its lifting capacity shall be determined according to the *heavy parts of air compressor set.
(7) Reserve space for passage and maintenance, in accordance with the requirements of GB50029-2003 "Design Code for Compressed Air Station", the width of the passage between the air compressor unit and the wall is 0.8-1.5m distance according to the size of the exhaust volume.
