The acquisition will strengthen Ingersoll Rand's presence in the United Kingdom and further enhance the company's overall strength in the supply and service sector. MB Air Systems Ltd. has been an Ingersoll Rand distributor since 1973. Today, the company is one of the largest distributors of Ingersoll Rand's industrial technology products in Europe*, representing Ingersoll Rand compression technology and services, material handling and power tooling products.MB Air Systems Ltd. is headquartered in Wishaw, near Glasgow, and operates in Aberdeen, Bolton and Fareham. It has also recently opened a new facility in Aberdeen, which focuses on performance testing of winches and cranes.
