Then Jia Xiaofeng, the chairman of the Pressure Standard Committee, made a report on the work of the Pressure Standard Committee in 2017 to the delegates, and he started from the compressor standard reporting and approval and release, the standard projects completed this year, the standard projects declared for project this year, the preparation of the 13th Five-Year Standard System of Compressor, the research on energy-saving technology and energy-efficiency standards for air compressors, the cooperation of association group standards, the operation of the working platform of the Pressure Standard Committee, and next year's work envisioned and Eight aspects of next year's plan to apply for the establishment of the standard system revision project, such as the work of the pressure standard committee in 2017 made a comprehensive review and introduction.
The secretariat of PSC made a report to the delegates on carrying out the national scientific research project; research on energy-saving technology and energy-efficiency standards for air compressors, introducing the background of the project, the research content, the objectives of the subject and the specific work to be carried out. The subject project will prepare China's air compressor energy-saving technology roadmap, put forward energy efficiency standards to improve the proposal and implementation program. It will provide support and basis for the evaluation of energy-saving technology of China's air compressors, the promotion of energy-saving technology and the improvement of energy efficiency level.
Participating members and representatives listened carefully to the work report and the report of the project. Members believe that the pressure standard committee has carried out a lot of fruitful work this year, efficient and rigorous review of standards, full of scientific standards project defense, well-organized standard drafting, detailed and comprehensive preparation of the standard system, a large number of effective data collection and summarization of multilateral multi-level industry research and communication, active and steady cooperation of group standards, which for the compressor standards in a timely manner to lay the foundation for the approval and release of the standard, for the standard The Commission proposed a smooth project and plan to create the conditions for the drafting of this year's standards and completed on schedule to provide a guarantee for a wider range of more levels to carry out the standardization of compressor work to establish a collaborative mechanism. The meeting focused on the review of the following seven standards:
1 “Volumetric Compressor Terminology General Provisions” National Standard Revision
2 Priority Pressure of Air Compressors, Rock Drilling Machinery and Pneumatic Tools National Standard Revision
3 “Reciprocating Piston Helium Compressors with Oil-free Lubrication”.
4 Aluminum-Magnesium Alloy Shaft Tiles for Reciprocating Piston Compressors.
5 Air Cooler for Compressor, developed.
6 “Teflon Filled Piston Rings for Oil-free Reciprocating Piston Compressors”.
7 Revision of Diaphragm Compressors
Chairman Jia Xiaofeng, Vice Chairman Song Yun, Cheng Guangqing and Li Hongqi presided over the review of the above seven standards.
Participating members in a serious and responsible attitude, the standards submitted for review and put forward specific review comments.

The meeting requested the standard drafting unit in accordance with the review comments made at the meeting, revise and improve the standard, and form a standard draft for approval, before November 30, 2017, the first draft of the draft for approval, together with the preparation of the description of the summary of the comments and other documents of the electronic file, sent to the secretariat of the pressure standard committee for review, review and approval, according to the prescribed procedures for the approval of the standard matters.
The meeting also planned to set up next year's standard revision project for discussion, to determine the application for the development of national standards “compressed air Part 6 to Part 9”, to determine the application for the development of power buses with air compressors, high-pressure nitrogen compressors for oil mining, reciprocating compressors, air volume stepless speed control device membrane actuators, compressed air dryers with adsorbents and a number of industry standards and the implementation of the relevant standard drafting The relevant standard drafting unit has been implemented. The standard review of the six revised items identified also made corresponding arrangements to determine the unit responsible for the revision. The meeting requested the secretariat to organize the relevant units to fill in the corresponding standard plan task book, prepare the project defense and related support materials, and strive to complete the project in the first quarter of next year to report.
